YAKER Publishing was established in 2002 in Caracas, Venezuela, in order to edit, publish and market its first book, Glossary of Petroleum and Environment English - Spanish, Spanish - English. The Glossary is available through the Internet, at important bookshops in the United States and  Venezuela.
 
At the present time – 2007  Yaker Publishing has published three books:

– Glossary of Petroleum and Environment – English – Spanish, Spanish – English – 2003 ISBN 980-6713-02-8

– Editor's Choice, (English – Spanish) cook book with recipes from the Middle East, Peru and Venezuela – 2006 – ISBN 980-6713-03-6

– Bonds between mother and children – book written in Japanese by Miyuki Hirabayashi and translated into Spanish – 2007 – ISBN 980-6713-02-8
